LED Lighting Group offers a unique linear lighting service, we can custom make linear LED lighting fixture according to architects design and building specifications. By preparing custom orders in Australia we maintain quality control and in our in-house workshop can achieve fast turnaround times.

Every component of our linear lighting range can be customised:

Aluminium profile – over 80 to choose from
Length of profile – including 45 degree mitre joins for complex installation
Colour of profile – local powder coaters can match most colour schemes
LED Strip Wattage- Low power single row to high power double row
LED Strip Colour Temperature- Single colour, colour changing, RGB

We manufacture made to order linear lighting for multi-residential apartments to unique architectural suspended, recessed or surface mounted fixtures.

Proven Process

Cutting List

Client accurately measures and emails cutting list. Job is processed and in queue at our workshop.

Cut & Prepare Aluminium

Aluminum is cut according to measurements, holes are drilled and send off for powder coating.

Cut & Solder LED Strip

LED Strip is cut to length, joiners attached, and figure 8 tail attached on power side.

Install & Test

LED strip is fixed into aluminum extrusion, end caps and diffuser also attached. Light fixture is tested and then wrapped ready for delivery.
